    As a new ATT customer to U Verse, I was very disappointed to see how much I have paid since enrolling in Jan. 2015. ATT advertised internet for 34.95 a month. From January to March 2015, I have paid approximately 450.00 dollars or 150 a month for ATT services!!! After talking to a rep, I quickly realized I am on the losing end; either I fight and complain while getting overly stressed then cancel the contract then get hit with an early termination fee and still pay the balance I owe, or I take the loss and save myself some grief.   • U VERSE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER



    very slow speed they send a tech, charge me with out approve it, next month my e-mail subaccounts canceled , called costumer service they cant fix it, still not fix, very slow speed again they need to send a tech , i said no again i don't wanna pay fees again, i chat with them asking how much will be my cancelation fees and i wast told .- there is no contract associated with your account  So, there will be no charges for canceling your account. i call today to cancel and yeah they say you need to pay for early termination fees.     AT&T DSL: I am very displeased with AT&T DSL customer service. FIrst they are very poorly trained I have had nothing but problems with billing and tech support Today I spent over 4 hours on the phone trying to resolve a billing issue. I was disconnected several times. Last month I had a problem with connecting my new cell phone to my modem the first tech support person told me there were no modem settings which was not true and the rep sent me a modem told me it was free when it was not and I did not even need it because after several times contacting tech support I finally spoke...   • Communications Company Fails at Communication



    About two months ago, we ordered ATT for all our office operations - 3 landlines, a VERY expensive T1 line, U-verse and two iPhones. I wish we would have never opened that box of surprises. EVERY service we have ordered through then has been terrible except the iPhone plans. First of all, the T1 line took so long to come in that we had to order U-verse internet.     In June, 2011, when we were planning our move from Alexandria, Indiana, to Mooresville, Indiana, I contacted ATT to transfer our phone and Internet services (account # 108887641). After going through the whole process and documenting everything, we moved. Then to our dismay, ATT started charging us for breaking a contract and starting new service.   • ATT Custermer SVC SUCKS!



    February 13, 2012 After 27 phone calls to AT&T in regards to my internet service, they sold me a service thru ConnecTech to assist with highly technical solutions if their own DSL group was unable to resolve an issue. I was charged 55.00 on my credit card and could access this service for 5 days.
